I called and my order wasn't repeated back correctly...four times. I tried telling the person I'd order online. He told me no. Someone else got on the phone. He was speaking so quickly that I couldn't understand. The third time I asked him to slow down, he finally heard. He repeated my order wrong a couple of times. I told him I'd order online. He ignored me. Then he told me he'd accidentally deleted my order. He apologized. He was still talking when I hung up. I went to this restaurant last month and the staff was unfriendly so I left. Last week, I went there again and was waited on by a friendly, helpful female. So strange. This was the most bizarre restaurant experience I have EVER had. I won't ever go there again. I'll go directly online.

Would give 4.7 stars on their wings if I could. Parmesan Garlic wings did not taste like Parmesan or Garlic at all. It looked and tasted like ranch dressing. Their Orange Ginger was mild ginger but still tasted fabulous along with teriyaki and honey bbq wings. Their tiramisu and carrots cake were delicious. Easy online ordering. Will definitely be my goto for thee above wings (except parm garlic). The delivery driver delivered the food early. Also, he was extremely polite and professional.

Ordered for the family today one of our burger platters was basically still bleeding , far from medium rare . So called and to ask if they could just make another platter well done totally refused and wanted me to pay again for the platter and wouldn’t deliver because was under 15 dollars. Are you kidding me , I’ve been ordering there twice a week since they opened in Norwich and food has always been good and service was always good, but as of today I will never order there again and if I’m ever asked how the place is I will not advise to eat there .

From the first time I ordered from wings and pies I have been satisfied each and every time I place an order great place and you don’t have to wait too long.

My fiance and I recently had food delivered to us. Coming from NJ and Philly...we were in awe of how amazing the pizza is! The chicken tenders...OMG! The chicken tenders are the best ones I've ever had. Great idea to order by the pound. This place is one of the good ones.

Amazing food

Best chicken bacon ranch pizza I gave ever had. Garlic knots are to die for. Wings are top notch. Buffalo chicken quesadillas are a meal, not an appetizer lol. Delivery time is outstanding; they come quicker than they say they will. It's our go-to place.
