My mistake - but
I inadvertently placed an order for pickup which I meant to be for delivery. They texted me it was ready for pickup and I texted them back requesting they deliver it. They would not respond. I had a four dollar tip on the order - which wasn't for a pickup. After years and hundreds of dollars of orders with them they blew me off and would not respond. Obviously my business with them doesn't matter.

I ordered from this specific store months ago and got such terrible food they gave me a credit. Figured I’d try it one more time, ordered shrimp parm, got over cooked pasta, shells in my filleted shrimp, barely any sauce and a females hair in my salad. Boyfriends boneless chicken was floppy and barely warm. He waited for our food so it’s not like it was ready before he got there. I’m surprised this restaurant is still open and even gets business at all, get in chefs that know how to actually cook. You won’t be getting my business ever again
